Four Seasons Resort and Residences Jackson Hole is looking for an Assistant director of People & Culture who shares a passion for excellence and who infuse enthusiasm into everything they do. The Assistant Director forms a critical part of the People & Culture team who assists with the selection process of future employees and also welcomes the new employees to the team. Work authorization for the location is required.

Responsibilities

- Manage the day to day People & Culture office, including the performance of the Manager, Coordinator and Intern

- Lead on site investigations, collaborating with the Director on course of action

- Act as the on-site learning and development lead, organizing on boarding and continuous training programs

- Manage the Resort’s benefits, including billing and employee communication

-Conduct regular audits in junction with the rest of the P&C team to ensure all systems are accurate and up to date

- Assist the Manager in recruitment efforts for the Resort

- Act as the head of division in the Director’s absence

- Organize and facilitate all on-boarding programs, to include orientation and ensuring that new employees are welcomed to the Four Seasons.

- Support the People & Culture Coordinator in tasks when needed, including housing, new hire processing, and other duties.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

-Must be willing to work a flexible schedule in order to accomplish all major responsibilities, and be willing to accept assignments on as need basis, in order to promote team work. This may include some evenings, weekends and holidays.

-Some travel may be required.

-Applicants are highly recommended to have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources Management.

-A Hospitality Management or Human Resources Degree qualification is preferred, however, not essential with relevant experience.

-Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States
