Role Summary: The Leasing Assistant will lease with existing tenants and be the first point of contact with potential tenants. They are responsible for meeting and greeting potential residents and providing general property information. The goal is to solicit potential tenants, convert them into leases and achieve and/or maintain high occupancy.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Present market ready units and provide amenities
  • Receive deposits
  • Create, send and receive leases and move-in checklists
  • Manage key inventory
  • Assist with lease takeovers
  • Oversee lease violations
  • Participate in weekly meetings and KPI’s
  • Assist walk-in customers
  • Respond to calls and emails
  • Participate in all leasing and customer service functions
  • Review applications

Qualifications:

  • Ability to learn property management software
  • Have excellent customer service skills
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Preferred English and Spanish speaker
  • Ability to multitask and be a self-starter

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $10.00 to $15.00 /hour
