Perform complex administrative/management support tasks with limited supervision and considerable responsibility. Support the academic, and other operational needs of director, faculty and students.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Main Office Operations

Maintain and implement Division Office Operations with efficiency and under very limited supervision. Support faculty and students with regular requests, including Main office/Division reception. Monitor and track that Division equipment and technology is functional. Perform troubleshooting. Provide information, implement systems, methods and office procedures with input from supervisor(s). Work collaboratively with office associates and other staff.

Division Level Finances

Efficiently and correctly complete business and financial processes. Submit P-card expenses and requisition within WyoCloud. Process division purchases, daily supplies, property inventory, and property disposal.

Student & Academic Records and Planning

Respond to inquiries from students and others interested in academic or other programs; disseminate provided information to students, faculty, and other parties. Complete regular academic cyclical processes, including: load course schedules; watch over textbook orders; organize & assist with advising processes; manage teaching evaluations; assist with graduate SLP program admissions; and assist with scholarship processes.

Database and Related Reporting

Maintain databases for varied purposes including student processes (graduate and undergraduate outcomes); and faculty related processes. Assist with faculty T&P and annual evaluation procedures; Prepare program/student or other data as requested. Deploy and collect processes of Alumni evaluation.

Division Events

Assist with Division event planning, scheduling and related catering (may include travel and lodging for such events if requested). Assist with other Division tasks (e.g., alumni, communications/surveys/newsletters/etc.)

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience: 1 years of office experience and experience with accounting procedures and software.

Required education, licensure, certification, registration or other requirements:

Excellent written, oral, and verbal communication skills.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Record keeping methods and techniques

  • Graduate/professional programs and the application and selection process

  • Ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community
