Prism Real Estate Solutions is seeking a leasing assistant that will show various properties and have knowledge of layouts and amenities. Thus employees will all be contacting prospective tenants who inquired about renting a specific property and following up.
Listed below are tasks that will be performed daily unless otherwise stated:
Showing rental properties,Responding and following up with guest cards.
Temporary this job will also require:Greet people when they enter,Keeping office space in presentable condition,1x a week vacuum floors, dump trash,Calling utility companies,Putting signs in yard/updating signs/filling flyer boxes,Making copies of keys,Accepting payments,Printing flyers,Running errands,To other offices,Bank deposits.
This job position is paid hourly and is a part-time job on Tuesdays from 10 am- 2 pm and Thursdays from 2 pm - 6 pm, with rotating shifts for Saturdays 9 am - 1 pm.Hours can be switched for Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: $10.00 /hour
