Brio & Balance, LLC Introduction

Sometimes life is hard. It happens to everyone. Our stress filled lives sometimes boil over to more than we can handle on our own. That’s what Brio & Balance, LLC is here for. Whether you are recovering from extreme emotional, physical, or sexual trauma, have experienced a loss, or just need help through a transition period in your life, our trained therapists are here to support you. We aim to serve the many families of the Big Horn Basin from Lovell, to Powell, Cody, Clark, Burlington, and all the areas in-between.

Brio & Balance, LLC supports our community by offering mental health services, recreational activities like yoga and youth soccer, and NeurOptimal Brain Training. Our professionals share expertise in helping you through trauma, ADHD, PTSD, learning disabilities, family integration, and abuse of all kinds. But we are also here for those people who just need some support though a tough transition, want to stay on top of their parenting game to prevent future issues, understand developmental or psychological information better, help with identity formation or help with grief and loss. Through a holistic lens, our therapist help you look at all aspects of your life - mind, body, and soul – and help you grow to become the most successful person you can be.

Brio & Balance, LLC works with individuals of all ages, though we grow positivity and kindness in our communities by focusing on the youth around us. Through play therapy, among other therapeutic modalities, we hope to aid our youth and their families with all of the emotional and relationship skills and knowledge needed to be a healthy positive influence on our world. When you are hurt by the world, our mission is to be a helpful tool to aid you in putting the pieces back together and moving forward.

Kindness and treating all people, places, and things with respect is a core value of Brio & Balance, LLC and helps guide our professional practice. This means we take pride in helping all individuals and families, regardless of economic status, religious or spiritual beliefs, place of origin, or sexual preference. In short, if you, a family member, multiple family members, a friend, or a stranger you meet on the street is in need of support, we are here to provide that support in any way we can.

If this sounds like a place were you would want to grow as a professional, then we are looking for someone like you.

Brio & Balance, LLC is looking for a positive member to add to our therapist team who is an excellent communicator, excited about joining a team, and is highly qualified to provide quality therapy. We provide multiple modalities of counseling, serving clients of all ages, gender and orientation. We have the largest Play Therapy Center in the Big Horn Basin and focus on holistic mental health care for all of our clients. Between our two offices, we have five large play rooms, sand trays and tables, offices for talk therapy, and we have recently expanded to offer TeleTherapy for clients in small-underserved communities across Wyoming.

We are looking for a LCP, LCSW, MFT, or PPC licensed in the state of Wyoming, or with the ability to obtain one if licensed in a different state. The perfect candidate has a Registered Play Therapy (RPT) certification, experience in play therapy, or at least interest in play therapy and earning a RPT certification; someone who prefers and enjoys to work on a therapeutic team and not as an individual therapist, with access to the Clinical Director and colleagues to assist when any questions about their path to best practice comes up. Self-starters have the ability to make as much money as they choose, as your salary will be dependent on your chosen workload.

Our Contracted Therapists enjoy the flexibility of working as little or as much as they want, with the ability to schedule their clients around their busy personal lives, along with the comfort of being a part of a team of therapists, led by our experienced Clinical Director - who is the current president of the Wyoming Association of Play Therapy. Our Clinical Director provides supervision weekly to our Contracted Therapists to help them with any questions they have about their clients. We know that happy therapists provide the best care possible, so we strive to create an environment were our therapists can pursue their professional goals and both personal and professional dreams.
