Responsible for supervision of staff and trainees to ensure a safe and secure operation of assigned Social Development areas. Screens applicants for employment and makes hiring recommendations. Responsible for the supervision of staff. May act as the Residential Supervisor in their absenceConducts small group meetings, operates dormitory, coordinate services and resolves problemsSupervises students in performance of work detailsMaintains students' folders and logs: Dormitory activity, pack out, medication disbursement, and work ordersResponsible for observation and monitoring of staffRestocks dorm supplies, prepares student luggage for shippingEnsures supplies are delivered to each dorm in a timely mannerEnsures all Social Development programs or procedures are implemented in the dormitoriesProvides training to staff and studentsProvides feedback and improvement plans for those who do not meet expectationsOther duties as assigned
