Job Summary:
Repair vehicles thoroughly, safely, and profitably in a manner consistent with industry guidelines/standards.
Essential Job Duties but limited to:
- Complete dis-assembly of vehicle in order to assist with preparing a 100% Repair Plan
- Plan work procedure: Ability to understand instructions both written and verbal, follow written estimates and work orders for all operations listed
- Mend damaged body and fenders by hammering out or filling in dents and welding broken parts; insure all gaps and fits are to industry standards
- Comply with all safety rules, guidelines and standards
- Perform other related duties as assigned to ensure an efficient and effective repair Skill/Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Ability to effectively communicate with others
- Personable, friendly demeanor with “World Class” customer service approach to internal and external customers
- Must be able to walk, sit, bend, push/pull, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach or crawl frequently
