The Enterprise Systems Coordinator manages and oversee the administration and maintenance of Windows servers throughout the district; administers and troubleshoots enterprise communication services; researches and evaluates software, hardware and peripheral purchase options; act as expert functional specialist; acts as liaison between Information Technologies and the institution by providing basic, routine, and advanced level technical expertise while working under minimal supervision.

Education/Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or three years’ experience in enterprise administration
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Current computer and telecommunication technologies.
- Microsoft Systems and Server technologies.
- Windows 2008/2012 Server technologies.
- Current physical data plant installation standards and techniques.
- Windows Powershell Scripting commands
- Storage technologies and administration
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic and routine computer operations, common software problems and network connectivity problems.
- Meet demanding timelines.
- Install, maintain, and configure basic and routine software, hardware and peripherals.
- Read and comprehend technical information relating to proprietary software, hardware, peripherals, and computer or telecommunications hardware.
- Communicate basic and routine technical information clearly and concisely both written and orally.
- Establish effective working relationships with users, operators, programmers, vendors, and supervisors.
- Research industry trends and technology developments and provide recommendations.

Working Conditions/Physical Requirements
- Potential for 24 hour on call
- Some night and weekend work

Experience
- Two years supporting Windows Server systems
- Two years supporting domain level, enterprise services (Active Directory, Domain Controllers)
- Three years of computer hardware installation, repair and maintenance.
