We are in search of a Scheduling Specialist. Hours are Monday-Friday 8:00-5:00pm. We do not offer insurance, but do offer PTO and bonuses based on individual and office performance.
Job duties include answering the phone, scheduling patients, calling referrals, checking patients in and out and collecting co-pays. The job is very fast paced and requires someone that is organized, good at taking notes and is a quick thinker. Our office is a great place to be and we enjoy a fun, busy atmosphere.
The ideal candidate would be someone who enjoys working with people, someone who is always smiling, and is outgoing. This person also has to have a good memory of faces and names, and do well in a fast paced environment.
