SUMMARY DESCRIPTION

This role provides graphic support to the entire organization with a goal of premium marketing materials. The ideal candidate would have experience in graphic design, photography, and videography. Knowledge of hunting and the shooting sports is additional skillset desired. This role also develops relationships in and outside the company to continue driving the Weatherby brand.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Produces artwork for multiple catalogs annually

  • Works with Marketing team in marketing content across all marketing channels

  • Produces artwork for packaging and all components including manuals, warranty cards, literature, and advertisements

  • Produces artwork for advertisements, signs, trade shows, and other marketing / sales needs

  • Supports Digital Marketing for design, image, and manual needs

  • Maintains and organizes digital and physical files for produced artwork and photo database

  • Correspondence with customers for image needs

  • Corresponds with print vendors

  • Supports sales team with renderings, custom floorplate designs, and documents

  • Trade show booth graphic development

  • Special projects and other duties as required

ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Potential In-Field Photography & Videography Skillset
  • Support Social Media efforts with content and designs

  • Maintain Sell sheet bank for all Weatherby products

  • Participate in weekly marketing planning sessions

  • Support all graphic and art requests

  • Support Weatherby Media Center

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience, Competencies and Education

  • BA degree or equivalent preferred or combination of education and experience providing technical knowledge in graphic design.

  • Two (2) or more years of practical / relevant experience in a business environment.

  • Expert computer skills including proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office applications. Ability and desire to stay up-to-date with software releases.
  • Excellent organizational skills required with strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines with limited supervision.

  • Must have excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

ACCOUNTABILITIES and MEASURES

Meet objective goals assigned by Director of Marketing during quarterly performance coaching.
