Our company is looking for a dual job candidate 1) a Sales Coordinator to help grow and organize designated sales territories in WY and 2) a Tasting Room General Manager to manage and run our state tasting room in Sheridan, WY. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, able to work independently, familiar with the retail, beverage, or hospitality industries, and customer service oriented. Sales Coordinator Responsibilities:

Facilitate oversight of state sales representatives and sales activities using the Repsly mobile application, as well as Repsly training

Assist in creating a marketing plan for geographical areas in Wyoming for the Wyoming sales tea

Make regular sales calls to designated accounts to cultivate customer relations and satisfaction with service provided

Demonstrate consultative sales abilities through successful presentations of product, the promotion of new and existing portfolio items and the expansion of business

Exhibit discipline and resourcefulness to meet/exceed assigned monthly quotas and placement objectives

Research, organize and present sales reports/quota attainment results as required

Review customers' credit status, collect monies owed for product and partner with Credit Department on a weekly basis to ensure accounts remain in good standing

Assist customers with inventory management responsibilities (product availability/new product placement and rotation of stock)

Merchandise off-sale/retail accounts and reset shelf space, cold box and build displays to correspond with supplier promotions and incentive programs

Organize and facilitate product tastings for current and potential new when requested, and for state tasting events as they occur from time to time, as well as mutually agreed-upon private events

Identify and assist in tradeshows within or outside of the State of Wyoming

Keep an up-to-date spreadsheet of client contact information

Keep a spreadsheet of commissions owed to all WY sales representatives and submit spreadsheet at the end of each month for compensation

Keep up-to-date Google calendars, to include tastings, meetings and events

Travel is required to make sales calls throughout WY. All travel fees including fuel, airfare, lodging, and a daily per diem for meals will be paid for with company issued expense card

Keep the highest level of confidentiality companies’ business; be willing to sign a Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement

Tasting Room General Manager

Manage the business aspects of the tasting room, such as keeping licensing current, menu planning and design, negotiating food and beverage supplier contacts, taking inventory and reordering supplies, managing budgets and setting goals.

Hiring and training staff to provide excellent service to patrons

Create effective schedules and quickly resolve conflicts to ensure the tasting room is well staffed during peak hours

Set and enforce quality and safety controls

Work with diverse personalities, both on the staff and patrons

Plan and take part in promotional events

Participate in local Chamber of Commerce/Downtown Sheridan Association meetings

Maintain a safe fun atmosphere for patrons at the tasting room

Facilitate mail retrieval and correspondence

Job Requirements

  • 2 years related sales experience within distribution, supplier or hospitality community preferred
  • Previous wine/liquor experience desired
  • 2 year bartending experience
  • Prior sales experience (outside sales preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
  • Excellent time management skills necessary
  • Proficient at calculating commissions, percentages, and reviewing comparative sales data for analysis
  • Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
  • Lift and carry a 50+ pound case of product on a repetitive basis
  • Must live in or near Sheridan, WY (living quarters provided if necessary)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $42,000.00 to $45,000.00 /year

Experience:
