My husband and I are completing a large house on 20 acres of land. We have a guesthouse that we will sometimes rent. We have built a caretakers unit into the main house that has it’s own private entrance, private kitchen, main living area, private bathroom, washer dryer and closet. It can be furnished or unfurnished. We may be able to provide a vehicle if needed. We are only 5 minutes from the town square of Jackson, WY but it feels like miles away on rolling hills in a aspen forest setting. You will see wildlife like moose, eagles, deer, foxes etc. The view of the Teton Mountain range is spectacular with glorious sunsets. It is a very special place to live and work.
We spend half our time in San Francisco and need to have someone we can really rely on.
We are looking for a responsible, thoughtful, organized, trustworthy and cheerful individual that is a jack of all trades and is a good listener and communicator. We will also consider couples. A can-do attitude and someone that takes pride in their work is paramount.
About us: Venture Capitalist and Builder husband and Photographer and Jewelry Designer wife. We love traveling, the outdoors, and like a peaceful clean environment at home.
Caretaker duties:
Cleaning the house and guesthouse
Laundry
Tending to landscaping
We may get 2 dogs and 2 Alpacas- will need feeding and tending to. Should like animals and be good with them.
Some Grocery Shopping and Mail/Package Pickup
Some cooking and help in the kitchen, especially if we have guests
Miscellaneous Errands
Responsible for checking on any renters in the guesthouse
