Seeking long term Grounds Keeper/General Laborer/Caretaker for NE panhandle property. Care of several thousand trees on drip irrigation system, repair, replacement and replanting. Some horticultural or related agricultural experience/background/green thumb necessary. Maintain 1200 acres, some mowing, fence and overall land care. (no hay or livestock) Shop building faculty maintenance, equipment, snow removal and security. Applicant needs to be proficient with computer/e-mail and have excellent communication skills for required communications with absentee owner. Must have viable references, clean MVR and be able to pass a thorough background check. Nice offsite/close by 3-bedroom house available at a discounted rate.
This is a full time, year round working position.
