LANDSCAPE LABORER - $14.22/HR + BENEFITS (FE Warren AFB)

Salary: $14.22 per hour plus $4.48 per hour in fringe benefits.

In this position, you will perform daily grounds maintenance activities under the supervision of management. Activities include tasks such as mowing (using riding and push mowers), trimming, pruning, edging, irrigating, weeding, planting, preparing flower and shrub beds, and picking up litter.

Compensation & Benefits

This is an hourly paid position and pay is issued every two weeks. As required by the Service Contract Act, Skils'kin pays an additional fringe benefit amount of $4.48 per hour toward the employee's health and welfare benefits which includes options for medical, dental, life insurance, and 401K. Employees also receive paid sick leave and earn paid time off.

Education/Experience:

Prefer applicants with one year of landscape maintenance experience, but we are willing to train.

The ideal candidate has experience in landscaping work and knows how to safely operate various grounds tools and equipment, such as mowers, trimmers, pruning shears, chainsaws, etc.

You must have respect and empathy for individuals with disabilities.

Other Requirements

Ability to drive preferred but not required. Drivers must have a valid driver's license, be at least 18 years of age and have a safe driving record as determined by Skils'kin's vehicle insurance carrier.

Must be able to obtain a Federal Contractors Badge upon employment.

Scheduled shifts and hours are subject change depending on weather and/or contractual needs.
