Our client, a premier wellness and active entertainment destination is looking for a Hospitality Manager to join their team.

The Hospitality Manager will provide a warm, efficient, personalized and quality service for all members and guests while attending to special requests starting from arrival and throughout the day. The Hospitality Manager will be primarily be responsible for the management of the Concierge Team and will report directly into the General Manager.

Responsibilities

Ensuring a delightful and seamless arrival and departure experience for members and guests by providing the highest level of customer service to members, prospective members, and guests

Identifies quality improvements trends and effectively communicates issues to the General Manager

Handling all guest compliments, comments, observations and complaints in a timely manner and effectively achieving full member and guest satisfaction

Monitoring the Concierge team ensuring they are following up timely and effectively achieving full guest satisfaction

Ensuring accurate communication of information, services, and programs offered to members and guests as requested

Ensuring teamwork between concierge team and other business units within The complex

Maintain an orderly work station area, including lobby and entrance ways

Develop schedule for Concierge Associate team members

Update member accounts

Order department supplies

Answer phones

Supporting the safety of all members, guests and employees.

Qualifications

5+ years management experience.

Bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field preferred; commensurate experience will be reviewed.

Excellent problem and conflict resolutions skills required; must be able to effectively and professionally address guest complaints and concerns in a timely manner.

Superior communication skills; fluency in English is required.

Computer literate to include Microsoft Office, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SMS or other front office software.

Demonstrated multi-tasker with a commitment to superior guest service.

Ability to work a very flexible schedule that will include late nights, early mornings, weekends and holidays.

Prior management experience in a luxury hospitality setting will be strongly favored

Knowledgeable of safety training, procedures and best practices used throughout the sports and wellness industry.

This is a direct hire opportunity.
