Company Description:
This Company provides third party services for health care related matters. This position is in a high volume, call center environment. Ideal candidates will have experience handling customer service related phone calls. Additionally, all calls are documented in a company computer system. The ability to comfortably navigate a computer is essential in this role.

Hours:
Training Schedule: 9:00AM-5:30PM Monday-Friday
Schedule After Training: 8 hours shift between 7:00AM to 6:00PM depending on business needs
Pay:
$12.50/hr.
Responsibilities:
Assisting customers with questions, concerns and inquiries regarding healthcare accounts.
Reviewing healthcare plans with potential customers and assisting with the enrollment process
Handling 70-80 calls per day
Requirements:
1 year of customer service experience required
Professional demeanor and positive
High School Diploma and GED required
Willing to submit to background check and drug test
Must be willing to complete the necessary pre-employment assessments in a timely manner
