(With 1 year employment commitment + min weekly flagged hours)

As a family owned Automotive Repair shop with more than 34+ years in the Loveland community; we offer the STABILITY you are looking for. We are looking for a quality individual to join our successful team. We offer a GREAT working environment with open, clean spaces. We use state of the art software to run our shop efficiently. This position requires someone who is a self-starter, a strong leader, and someone that
understands the importance of strong relationships with their peers and customers. Patience and listening are essential, you can't rush quality. We are a team, we've built our business around our customers and employees: Happy Employees=Happy Customers.
We prefer at least 5-year experience as an Automotive Technician in the industry.
Experienced in car and truck repair including the following:
- Computer diagnostics and troubleshooting using both aftermarket and OEM software applications.
- Navigation and understanding of web based trouble shooting subscription services to aid diagnostics.
- Diagnostics / Repair/ Replacement of all major system components: Engine, Transmission, Brakes, Wheel End, Steering, Suspension, Air Intake, Cooling, A/C, Etc.
- Light Duty Diesel diagnostic and repair knowledge preferred.
Someone who has excellent written and verbal communication skills (documentation, communication with peers, supervisors, etc.) and open to learning and continuous improvement.
Computer skills are a MUST-including tablets.We are a paper-free shop utilizing iPads for digital inspections, estimates, repair and work orders.
If you are that Diagnostic capable "A tech", with ASE or other Certifications we would love to talk to you.
Pay plans do vary based on your capability, but rest assured we are willing to pay the right tech very well.
