S2M Construction Co., Inc. is seeking qualified Concrete Hands. We are a full scope concrete contractor working in; Foundations, Interior flat work, Slab on deck, Structural decks, Exterior Paving, Curb and gutter, Sidewalks, Bridge Decks, High walls, and more.

I am looking for employees that have worked around concrete before. Please have your own hand tools and tool-belt, if you do not have small hand tools you will be expected to get them through the first couple of pay periods. Larger installation tools and equipment are provided by S2M. New hires will need to travel to specific job site locations in different towns through central and south east Wyoming, as well as, up and down the I-25 Corridor Denver to Fort Collins. We build the job where the Owner pays us to build it (meaning travel will be required). When overnights are required hotel stays will be provided by S2M and travel pier diem will be paid.
Trucks are provided to Experienced Foreman who are capable of running their own work with a crew under them. carpooling with our company vehicles is encouraged to assist in moving personnel between towns for multiple projects.
As with any respectable employer, you will need to jump through a couple standard hoops to get a job with S2M Construction. I will need you to fill out an application. If your experience shows necessary we will conduct an interview. We will discuss the need for high level safety techniques, your abilities, your drive/desire, and what a respectable wage is to compensate your work.
