We are looking for a experienced flooring installer. Must be able to install all flooring. Carpet, vinyl, LVT, Ceramic, Hard wood, etc. What we are interested in is a younger installer, but are not opposed to older. I am an installer of 48 years. I would like to retire from the installing and just run the store. This position would be perfect for the right person. There is a good chance it could turn into the number one position, for a younger guy with plenty of years left. I offer many thing other shops don't. One of those is, I provide a helper for you, provided you are willing to train him.
Must have your own vehicle and tools, valid drivers license, able to pass back ground check, Does not drink or smoke his lunch. The number one position can be very lucrative for the right person. I run a tight ship. I do expect a guy to work and represent my store as if it were your own. You never know, that could also happen one day. I'm 61, and want to retire completely one day.
