Montana Ground Support Equipment is looking for an experienced mechanic at the Jackson Hole Wyoming Airport in Jackson Hole Wyoming. Montana GSE is veteran owned and operated, and we give preference to veterans when hiring.
ALL applicants must be able to medically perform the duties of a field mechanic. If there are any questions about this, please address them when applying.

Candidates MUST pass the airport's background check and security screening process for new employees. This is a federal/state/local background check.
Candidates MUST have a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
Candidates MUST have a Wyoming driver's license with a clean driving record.
We prefer experienced automotive mechanics, but will consider some training for the right mechanically inclined candidate (especially motivated fellow veterans).
The position is full time day shift, with some schedule flexibility. We operate under a maintenance contract with the airport, and hours are limited to 40 per week. We prefer our mechanics to be on-call for emergencies, and there will be some travel to other airports as needed. Some tools are provided, but candidates must plan on supplementing them with their own tools, and we provide the specialty tools needed. Must be reliable, customer focused, and be able to work independently with limited supervision while maintaining a positive attitude.
Applicants to this position will be subject to a 3-month probationary period.
