Overview:

Start the guest experience off right. Join the Bell & Valet team in Yellowstone National Park!

Yellowstone National Park Lodges operates 9 lodges with over 2,000 guest rooms and cabins across 6 different villages within the park. The Front Desk is often responsible for providing the first face-to-face impression to our guests and ensure they are given accurate and in-depth information about their accommodations and the park. Bell

  • Provides several services to guests such as transportation of luggage to and from rooms, providing information about the location, and providing shuttle service when necessary.

Valet

  • Drive guest vehicles from the hotel entrance to a nearby designated parking area. Candidates applying for this position must be at least 21 years of age and possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Positions only available at Lake Hotel.

The Details

  • Position Type: Seasonal (April-October)

  • Start Date: April/May 2020

  • Schedule: Varies – 40+ hours per week

  • Location: Mammoth Hot Springs, Old Faithful Snow Lodge, Old Faithful Inn, Lake Hotel, Grant Village, Canyon

Essential Skills and Knowledge:

  • Customer Service/Hospitality knowledge

  • Must be a people person who thrives on public contact

  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record required at Lake Hotel, Grant Village and Canyon

  • Basic knowledge of Yellowstone, services, attractions, lodging facilities and area.
