Operations Management

Authority and responsibility to direct all phases of daily operation at the location/property level. While providing this direction, you will fully support, monitor, and control all programs instituted by the individual departments.
Food & Beverage Management
-
Food & Beverage managers are responsible for the oversight of all operations within their designated restaurant to ensure that staffing levels, budget, and guest and employee satisfaction are all meeting or exceeding expectations.
Housekeeping Management
-
Housekeeping managers are responsibe for overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping department at his or her own location; including duties such as staff scheduling, quality control, budgeting and more.
Retail Management
-
Responsible for the daily operation of the gift shop at your location, such as budget, merchandising, staff scheduling, inventory control, and meeting sales goals.
Front Desk Management
-
Responsible for all aspects of the Front Desk and Bell operations. The goal of the Front Desk Manager is to maximize guest service while simultaneously maximizing corporate profits.
Retail Management

Retail Managers are responsible for the daily operation of the Gift Shop at their location, such as budget, merchandising, staff scheduling, inventory control, and meeting sales goals.

Essential Skills and Knowledge:

Previous management experience.

Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
