Senior Director of Product & Engineering, Corporate ApplicationsSummary : Anywhere Real Estate is seeking a Senior Director of Product & Engineering for corporate applications to join our dynamic Product & Technology team. In this senior leadership role, you will be responsible for the development and success of Anywhere's software products used internally by Finance, Human Resources, Strategy & Marketing, and Legal departments.Key Responsibilities:· Align product strategy with business goals, working closely with business partners to ensure product goals align with overall business objectives.· Drive product discovery and market research to turn market needs and business requirements into an actionable product roadmap.· Spearhead innovation and new product development initiatives.· Oversee the continuous delivery and execution of product development, ensuring timely releases and high-quality standards.· Foster an agile and collaborative environment, encouraging continuous learning and improvement within the team.· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of corporate applications with company-wide systems and processes.Qualifications :· Proven experience in product management and engineering leadership, preferably in a corporate applications environment.· Strong understanding of agile methodologies and continuous delivery practices.· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.· Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team of product managers and engineers.· Strategic thinker with a customer-focused mindset and a track record of delivering innovative solutions.· Understanding of financial and HR systems, a plus.Who is Anywhere Real Estate Product + Technology?We are a team of forward-thinking, problem-solving product enthusiasts who drive innovation for our customers each day.
