Sedona Crystal Vortex is hiring a hands-on Distribution Center Manager to oversee product receiving, inventory accuracy, and daily store support for our four retail locations.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, precision, and leading through example — while working closely with and guiding a small team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and verify incoming product
- Weigh, price, and label merchandise
- Maintain inventory accuracy
- Prepare store transfers
- Fulfill online customer orders through our company website
- Keep the DC clean and efficient
- Supervise and support a small distribution team
- Ongoing communication with leadership and store team
Requirements:
- Experience in inventory, warehouse, or retail operations preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Working knowledge of crystals and minerals, including identification and quality standards
- Ability to recognize low inventory due to sales and store demand, and flag the need for reorders
- Ability to lift and move product as needed
- Shopify or similar systems a plus (training provided)
