Description of work: We are the hidden link between Doctors, Laboratories and Hospitals, which can require a lot of driving in our vehicles. We service their unique needs behind the scenes to get things done, so their patients thrive. We have the need for someone to be available on call to help with deliveries for them. Sometimes it is routine and sometimes on call. Sometimes its daytime, and sometimes night. Hospitals operate 24 hours, so we do too. It's rewarding work knowing we make a positive difference for others in need.
We need someone special to drive (company car), part time, between Cottonwood, Sedona, Flagstaff and Phoenix. Where and when we have to take things varies all the time because it is patient specific, so flexibility of this person is important for us. We do have routine routes this person will help with also, however helping with our critical deliveries is our main concern.
The actual hours and days will vary constantly, however we pay a monthly minimum, to ensure a stable income something you can rely on and plan with. When you work over the minimum hours, (which you will) we pay at the agreed upon hourly rate. Some days will be 2 hours and many days 6. We seek people to grow their experience and responsibility with our company. A considerable income can be earned by the right person because we want team members who will stay with us for many years.
No special education required. We train. This is what we are looking for. the following sounds simple but it is actually hard to find. There are our mandatory requirements:
1. Reliability - Our Business is based completely upon reliability. Reliability IS our business. Other companies only hire us because they know we are 100% reliable. Our team members always keep their word, show up and focus only on the task at hand until its completed.
2. Honesty - Our Business is completely trusted because of our team members are honest. When things go sideways, we own it and fix it. Honesty improves our service, and we are respected for it.
3. Genuine Care for Others - Our business brings positive spirit to each person we encounter in our workday, leaving people feeling respected and appreciated. Being nice is more than what we do, it is who we actually are.
4. NO Drug Use - We can't allow any drug use, even after hours, because too much is at stake. Drugs affect how we treat others and is not a good fit for our business.
5. Loyalty - Our clients are loyal to us because we have their backs, especially when it is critical. Likewise, our team members are dedicated to the quality of our business, and in turn the business has their back. In good business relationships, loyalty is reciprocal when borne out of mutual respect. Mutual respect is why employees stay with us decades and make a good living.
