Join Our Team as a Clinical Manager!Are you a licensed behavioral health professional looking to make a positive impact in crisis and inpatient care? We're seeking a dedicated Clinical Manager to lead and inspire our clinical team, ensuring exceptional care and support for our patients.Location: Crisis/Inpatient/Transition PointPosition Type: Full-Time, Safety SensitiveKey Responsibilities:

Provide clinical supervision and training to staff.

Conduct and review Behavioral Health and Risk Assessments.

Deliver clinical trainings during New Employee Orientation and throughout the year.

Support staff with real-time coaching and guidance.

Develop and implement effective clinical programming.

Ensure adherence to clinical policies and procedures.

Foster positive relationships with external clinical agencies.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in a behavioral health field.

Licensed at the Associate or Independent level with the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners.

1-3 years of behavioral health care experience preferred.

Fingerprint clearance card and a valid AZ driver's license.

Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
