Pay Rate: $19/ hour - Use our Daily Pay benefit and get access to your pay as you need it. We are seeking a Hotel Maintenance Technician 1 to join our onsite facilities team in Mesa, AZ. This full‑time, entry‑level maintenance role is ideal for hands‑on problem solvers who enjoy helping guests and keeping resort operations running smoothly. This position requires weekend and holiday availability to support our busy resort environment. When you join the team, you become part of a company that values hospitality, teamwork, and growth.What you’ll do:Complete maintenance projects, work orders, and guest requests.Perform basic repairs: painting, wall touch-ups, caulking, plumbing fixes, and unclogging.Troubleshoot electrical issues, reset breakers, and replace bulbs.Install and program TVs and small electronics.Assist with appliance repairs and replacements.Use resort systems like HotSOS to track work.Operate hand tools, power tools, ladders, and lifts safely.Communicate professionally with guests and peers.Follow all safety standards and identify potential hazards.Perform other tasks as assigned by resort operations leadership.
