About the Role
We’re hiring reliable, safety-minded Excavator Operators for underground utility and mechanical piping projects. You’ll work on active civil sites operating heavy and small equipment to support excavation, pipe installation, backfill, and site restoration.
Preferred: Experience in waterline installation.
What You’ll Do
-Safely operate heavy equipment: excavators
-Use small tools/equipment: pavement breakers/jackhammers, saws, drills
-Assist with trenching, grading, pipe laying, and material handling
-Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance
-Follow site safety procedures, traffic control, and QA/QC standards
-Collaborate with foremen and crew to meet production goals
What You Bring
-Proven experience in civil construction/underground utilities
-Preferred: Experience in waterline installation
-Skill operating excavators
-Ability to read and follow directions, and work in all weather conditions
-Reliable transportation to job sites; punctual and professional
-Team player with strong work ethic and self-motivation
