We are selling more than 250 pizzas a day.
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Dough Expert to take our pizza game to the next level. As a key member of our pizzeria team, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining our signature dough recipe using traditional Italian fermentation methods, with a focus on the Biga pre-ferment technique.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Dough Expert or similar role, preferably in a high-volume pizzeria or bakery.
- In-depth knowledge of Italian fermentation techniques and the use of a Biga
