Discount Nutrition is hiring a Manager in Training (MIT) to help run our Biltmore location and grow into a General Manager role.
Job Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
Train and coach staff
Lead by example with top-notch customer service
Enforce store policies and procedures
Store Operations:
Oversee daily operations with minimal supervision
Keep the store clean, organized, and well-stocked
Maintain sales goals and performance metrics
Help with shipments and product displays
Sales & Customer Service:
Build relationships with customers and vendors
Handle disputes professionally
Drive sales and meet weekly/monthly targets
Administrative Tasks:
Monitor inventory and prevent loss
Process transactions accurately
Maintain employee files and performance reviews
Attend conference calls and lead team meetings
Qualifications:
Retail or management experience preferred
Leadership and team-building skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving
Organized and detail-oriented
Must be flexible (evenings/weekends)
