Alpha Dog Firearms is seeking a motivated, experienced Store Manager to lead our Tempe retail location. If you’re passionate about firearms, thrive in retail, and are ready to take charge in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily store operations, including sales, staffing, and inventory management.
Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve performance goals.
Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a safe, compliant retail environment.
Manage ordering, merchandising, and store presentation.
Maintain accurate records and compliance with all federal, state, and local firearm laws.
Requirements:
Must be legally able to possess and own firearms.
Must be able to pass a background check.
Extensive retail and/or sales experience required.
Management experience strongly preferred.
Firearms industry experience preferred.
Basic firearms knowledge required.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Dependable, organized, and customer-service focused.
