-US Citizen (ITAR, sorry rest of world, love you)
-Either a total sponge ready to absorb everything or already a CNC wizard who dreams in G-code
-You laugh at “40-hour weeks.” When the parts have to ship, we ship. No OT farmers.
-Hardest worker in the room. Every room. No exceptions.
-Leadership DNA — future shop leads, managers, maybe even part-owners come from this seat
-Zero tolerance for bad attitudes, drama, tardiness, or “that’s not my job”
Toolbox must include serious skills in most of:
Fusion 360
SolidWorks
SolidCAM
GD&T (if you think it’s optional, keep scrolling)
HAAS & Doosan controls
Pay:
Walk in with nothing but raw talent and mechanical intuition? $17/hr start, but you’ll be at $30+ in months if you’re as good as you think you are.
Walk in running? Name your realistic price — we pay for output, cycle time, and zero scrap. Fastest, cleanest parts win. Money follows physics.
This isn’t a job. It’s equity-in-disguise for the right animal.
