Our locally owned restaurant in Downtown Tucson, Penca has an immediate opening for an energetic and passionate General Manager.
This position is for an experienced manager, someone that understands operations, that can lead a team, that is excited about creating the best experience to our guest in every shift, that wants to grow and understands what is needed to grow.
The GM will be on the floor leading the team. Penca is open five days a week and we are hoping to open for lunch this season.
We are a 110 (including patio seating ) restaurant. Our focus is elevated Mexican food with great service and a well curated bar.
We have a beautiful building that provides one of the most beautiful seatings in this city.
