I am a Expert Witness involved in Premises Liability, Wrongful Death cases, Carbon Monoxide Deaths, Major Slip, Trip and Fall cases. I have done nearly 500 cases and currently have over 100 cases I am retained on. I need a person that can work 2-3 days per week ( the day schedule is flexible ) for 4 hours a day. You must be organized, able to maintain files properly, and have the ability to pay great attention to detail. I am extremely busy, and need a great assistant to help me and keep the office organized. There is no need to type reports since I send those out to another Paralegal that has been working with me for ten years. Hourly rate paid is 30.00 per hour.
