No experience needed — we’ll train you!

What you’ll do
Run concrete polishing/edging machines
Clean, grind, and prep floors
Load/unload & organize equipment
What we need
Live in Northwest Arkansas (within 1 hour drive)
Reliable & on time
Can work with little supervision
Detail-oriented, great attitude/work ethic
Able to work out of town (1–3 weeks at a time)
Pay
$17–$22/hr to start, depending on experience
Where we work
Arkansas, Wyoming, Oklahoma, Missouri, Texas, Louisiana, and more
We also have many local jobs as well. We do not always work out of town.
