Job Title: Production AssemblerJob DescriptionCarry out Standard Operating Procedures involved in high efficiency manufacturing, visual inspection, material handling, and inventory control. Operate various equipment such as semi-automated equipment, vacuum sealers, press, label applicator, scales, and temperature-controlled devices. Complete all batch records and manufacturing documents according to quality systems standards. Maintain accurate inventory records using an online material resource planning tool. Train other team members on techniques and processes, and perform line lead duties.Responsibilities
Follow Standard Operating Procedures for high efficiency manufacturing, visual inspection, material handling, and inventory control.
Operate semi-automated equipment, vacuum sealers, press, label applicator, scales, and temperature-controlled devices.
Complete all batch records and manufacturing documents according to quality systems standards.
Maintain sufficient output levels as per the production schedule.
Report equipment issues to the maintenance team.
Maintain accurate inventory records using an online material resource planning tool (E1).
Use the inventory management system (E1) to perform labor hour issuing and completion of Work Orders.
Train team members on techniques and processes.
Perform line lead duties such as setup, delegation of roles, and troubleshooting.
Pass all written proficiency requirements related to the processes.
Work safely with chemicals and hazardous materials.
Adapt to varying schedules and hours as needed.
Stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions.
Essential Skills
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Experience in a manufacturing-based environment
Ability to work safely with chemicals and hazardous materials
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of Good Documentation Practices
Experience with ISO and/or GMP manufacturing environments
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
