Carry out various day-to-day GA focused on creating and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment for the office, working closely with regional GA PIC’s in the NA regionCheck whether general affairs/safety policies are operated according to standards and lead enhancementsCarry out administrative duties for the Cerritos Office and Santa Ana OfficeProvide support for onboarding and termination processes of Cerritos and Santa Ana officeCarry out administrative duties in connection with personnel changesServe as the first point of contact for office management duties, such as office maintenance, mailing, supplies, and equipment of Cerritos OfficeMaintain the office by ensuring office systems are all operating properly (printers, scanner, internet connection, telephone, etc.) and dealing with issues as they arise in a timely mannerRoutinely take care of facility management (safety and cleanliness) of all areas in the officeMaintain up-to-date inventory of all company assetsManage and process invoices for various vendors in a timely manner by working closely with the Finance TeamPlan and coordinate corporate events and executive direct requestsInspects the facility (office/distribution center) to identify safety, health, and environmental risksPerforms other job-related duties as required Saraly: $24 - $26 /hr.
