Bring your production expertise to Camina Bakery! We’re seeking an early morning pastry baker who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. If you have a background in food production or bakery operations and are eager to expand your pastry skills, we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities:
Bake croissants and a variety of pastries in a rack oven, maintaining high production standards
Finish and package pastries efficiently and with attention to detail
Execute prep tasks such as making browned butter, simple syrup, pastry cream, frangipane, and scone mixing/shaping
Collaborate with your team to prioritize and complete morning production goals
Support bakery cleanliness and organization (dishes, wiping down surfaces, sweeping, mopping)
Physical Requirements:
Routinely lift up to 50 lbs
Lift 20 lbs overhead
Stand for extended periods
Work comfortably in a warm, active environment
Compensation & Schedule:
Starting wage: $18.50/hour
Schedule: 4 days/week, approximately 30 hours/week
Thursday: 4:00am – 11:30am
Friday: 4:00am – 12:00pm
Saturday: 2:00am – 10:00am
Sunday: 4:00am – 12:30pm
