Concrete Form Setter/Finisher/Laborer
Qualifications
Must be 18 years old
Valid driver’s license preferred
Reliable transportation
Must be able to arrive on time and work full 8 hour days, including overtime when required
Must be able to lift 50–80 lbs and work outdoors year-round
Must follow company safety policies
Concrete experience preferred, but we will train motivated laborers
Pay & Benefits
Pay range depends on experience

Form Setter Job Description: Form Setters are responsible for building and laying out concrete forms for residential and commercial footings, slabs, retaining walls, piers, and related structures. Must be able to read grade, handle lumber, and work efficiently with a team.
Concrete Finisher Job Description: Finishers are responsible for all aspects of concrete placement and finishing on all types of concrete work. Duties may also include forming, grading, edge work, tool operation, and stripping as needed.
Laborer Job Description: Laborers assist with all phases of concrete construction by supporting the crew & keeping the jobsite running efficiently. Responsibilities include moving/staging materials such as lumber & rebar, preparing & cleaning work areas, helping with form set-up and stripping, grading, & assisting with concrete placement as needed. Laborers must be able to follow direction, work safely, & handle physically demanding tasks throughout the workday.
