SCM Warehouse Supervisor - Bilingual (English/Korean)

Job SummaryThe Warehouse Supervisor overall supply chain management operations, including logistics, order process, inventory and customer service. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIESJob duties include but are not limited to the following: - LogisticsManage a delivery of products to customers. This includes finding the best shipping methods and scheduling shipments of product.Keep and track the precise records of all incoming and outgoing products.- Internal LogisticsHandle and manage any internal logistics with other departments        like production either by email or face to face.Resolve any issues and keep improving process proactively to prevent it.    - Order processReceiving orders and input into the system and print all the ordered list.Make picking plan and picking list.Check and verify item and quantity when receiving and shipping out.- InventoryReconcile the physical inventory records with system.Report shortages, overages and all inventory levels monthly for replenishment- Customer serviceDeal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face.Respond promptly to customer inquiries.Handle and resolve customer complaints. Salary: $70K$75K Annually (Salary may vary based on experience)
