Position Overview

We’re seeking an experienced Roofing Foreman to lead field crews and oversee daily production on commercial and public-works projects statewide. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a deep understanding of modern roofing systems, able to manage crews efficiently, maintain safety compliance, and ensure that projects are completed on time and to specification.

Responsibilities

Supervise roofing crews and daily field operations.

Coordinate materials, equipment, and logistics with project management.

Enforce company safety standards and jobsite documentation.

Interpret drawings, specifications, and manufacturer details.

Communicate directly with project managers, inspectors, and owners.

Maintain production schedules and quality control throughout each phase.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of commercial roofing experience.

Minimum 2 years as a foreman or lead man managing crews.

Must be willing to travel statewide — projects vary by region.

Ability to read plans/specifications and complete daily reports.

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred.

Compensation & Incentives

Signing Bonus: Based on experience.
