Role Overview
This is a hybrid sales + dispatch support role. You will work directly under the Principal Broker and assist with customer outreach, load booking, and dispatch execution.
This is NOT a role where you own customers or set rates.
All pricing, contracts, and customer ownership remain with the company.

Responsibilities
Sales Support
Cold call & email shippers using company-provided lead lists
Follow scripts and outreach templates
Set appointments and qualify freight opportunities
Assist with onboarding new customers
Dispatch & Operations
Post loads and source carriers
Confirm coverage with approved carriers
Track loads and communicate updates
Collect PODs, scale tickets, and paperwork
Update TMS and internal tracking sheets
Administrative
Maintain organized records
Communicate clearly with carriers and customers
Follow SOPs exactly
