Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Manager in Gardena, California. You will be instrumental in developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain the best talent. You will collaborate with various teams and use your understanding of social media strategies to meet the strategic goals of the organization.Responsibilities: Research and develop effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent Collaborate with the HR team and hiring managers to align recruitment processes with the organization's hiring needs and strategic goals Maintain internal and external networking to aid in recruitment efforts Utilize social media strategies to reach potential candidates Implement and manage Applicant Track System (ATS) to streamline recruitment processes Conduct background checks in accordance with company policy and regulatory requirements Use communication skills to effectively resolve customer inquiries Use ADP - Financial Services and Avature to ensure efficient processing of customer applications Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action based on account status Maintain accurate customer credit records. Requirements Holds a minimum of 4 years of experience in a relevant field Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode Solid understanding and experience with Avature Experience in using Careerbuilder Proficiency in using Cisco Webex Meetings software Competence in using About Time software Detailed knowledge of Applicant Track System Experience in conducting Background Checks Understanding of Benefit Functions Exceptional Communication skills Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills High level of attention to detail and excellent organizational skills Strong knowledge of labor legislation and payroll processes Excellent negotiation skills for dealing with job candidates and internal departments Ability to design and implement recruiting strategies Excellent understanding of full cycle recruitment processes.5Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
