Position: Car Detailer
Hours: Full time/ part time
Time: 8a- 5pm Flexible

What We’re Looking For:
Valid Driver’s License
Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions with moderate noise level
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds, continuously stand, walk, bend over, enter/exit and drive a variety of vehicles
Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
This position requires regular, on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely
Tasks
Exterior Cleaning and Polishing: Responsible for thoroughly washing the exterior of vehicles, including hand washing, waxing, and polishing to restore shine and protect the paint. This includes using appropriate cleaning agents and tools to ensure a high-quality finish.
Interior Cleaning and Detailing: Conduct detailed cleaning of the interior, including vacuuming carpets, upholstery, and mats. This also involves shampooing carpets and seats, cleaning and conditioning leather surfaces, and ensuring all interior components are spotless.
Glass and Window Treatment: Clean all glass surfaces, including windows and mirrors, using specialized glass cleaners to ensure clarity and streak-free results. This may also involve applying treatments to enhance visibility and protect against UV rays.
Tire and Wheel Care: Clean and shine tires and wheels, removing brake dust and grime. This includes applying tire dressing to enhance appearance and protect rubber from cracking and fading.
Odor Removal: Utilize specialized techniques and products to eliminate unpleasant odors from the vehicle’s interior. This may involve deep cleaning, ozone treatments, or the application of odor-neutralizing agents.
Customer Service: Interact with customers to understand their specific detailing needs and preferences. Provide recommendations based on the vehicle’s condition and the customer’s expectations, ensuring a positive experience.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while handling cleaning chemicals and operating equipment. This involves using personal protective equipment (PPE) and ensuring the workspace is safe and free from hazards.
Time Management: Efficiently manage time to complete detailing tasks within scheduled appointments. Prioritize tasks based on the level of service requested and the condition of the vehicle.
Knowledge of Products and Techniques: Stay informed about the latest detailing products, tools, and techniques. This includes ongoing education and training to improve skills and offer the best services to customers.
Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other detailers and staff members to ensure a smooth workflow and high-quality service delivery. This may involve sharing tips, techniques, and best practices to enhance overall performance.
Problem-Solving: Address any issues or challenges that arise during the detailing process, such as unexpected stains or damage. Use critical thinking and creativity to find effective solutions that meet customer needs.
Adaptability: Be flexible and adaptable to changing customer demands and preferences. This includes being open to feedback and willing to adjust techniques or services to enhance customer satisfaction.
