We’re looking for Member Benefits Representatives to work directly with union members and their families — helping them understand and enroll in the benefits they’ve earned.
This role is not cold calling or telemarketing — you’ll be servicing existing members who have requested information. If you enjoy meaningful work and take pride in delivering excellent service, this could be a great fit for you!
What You’ll Do:
-Meet with union members (virtually) to review benefit options
-Help them understand coverage and complete enrollment forms
-Answer questions and provide follow-up support
-Maintain positive, professional relationships with members
-Represent our organization with care, accuracy, and respect
