This position requires:
· Working overtime as required especially during peak season (daily)
· Frequent talking, sitting and typing.
· Use of office equipment (i.e. computer, phone, fax, etc…)
· Assist walk-in customers to show company products Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Manage Cash Transactions
· Receives a high number of inbound calls and makes outbound calls to provide great customer service experience to potential and existing customers.
· Reviews customer’s quotes and performs data entry in Microsoft excel.
· Communicates daily with internal and external customers regarding quotes, delivery dates and product delivery.
· Works with sales managers and/or sales representatives, production planning, manufacturing, credit and dispatch to support overall sales and customer service process.
· Bilingual (Spanish and English speaking)
· Moderate to Proficient computer skills
