OFFICE / CUSTOMER SERVICE + MARKETING SUPPORT (Window & Door / Glazing Company)

American Window Company is looking for a reliable, outgoing, long-term team member to work at our facility and help support customers, schedules, and day-to-day operations.
This role is perfect for someone who loves talking to people, staying organized, and being part of a tight crew. If you also have a knack for marketing, advertising, software, or basic website updates — that’s a big plus and could grow into more over time.
What You’ll Be Doing
Primary focus: customer service + office support
Answer phones, texts, and emails professionally
Help customers with questions, scheduling, and follow-ups
Support our sales and estimating team with paperwork and coordination
Keep jobs organized in our systems (simple software + data entry)
Assist at the warehouse with light coordination: deliveries, product check-ins, staging jobs
General office/warehouse tasks to keep things running smoothly
Bonus areas (if you have the skills or want to learn)
Help with marketing/advertising (Craigslist ads, social posts, review requests, simple flyers)
Update basic website content or help with simple programming/tasks
Improve small systems so the office runs faster and cleaner
(We don’t expect you to be an expert — but if you’re good with tech and enjoy it, we’ll use it.)
