Paralegal - Senior Position - Commercial Real Estate

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Paralegal with a strong background in commercial real estate transactions to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience supporting attorneys and senior brokers in complex real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Draft, review, and manage real estate documents, including purchase and sale agreements, leases, amendments, and closing documents.

Coordinate and manage all aspects of real estate transactions from inception to closing.

Conduct title and survey review; identify and resolve issues.

Assist with due diligence, including reviewing leases, contracts, and corporate documents.

Maintain organized files and track critical dates and deliverables.

Work closely with senior brokers and staff to provide day-to-day support on transaction-related tasks, including document preparation, scheduling, and client communications.

Communicate effectively with attorneys, clients, lenders, title companies, and other stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; Paralegal certification preferred.

Experience: Minimum 5 years of paralegal experience in commercial real estate law.

Demonstrated ability to implement and maintain efficient organizational systems

Strong knowledge of real estate transaction processes, title, and survey review.

Adept at balancing multiple priorities and shifting demands.

Collaborates effectively within multidisciplinary teams while also demonstrating initiative and autonomy in independent tasks.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $70,000 – $80,000 base plus performance-based bonus
