Allied Universal is hiring for a full time HR Administrator in our Corporate West HQ in Irvine, CA. The Administrator will operate in a fast paced, team-oriented environment where he/she will work on company-wide projects and initiatives. This is a great entry-level human resources position working in a large corporate company, with lots of opportunities for growth.RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support Corporate Human Resources in managing employee processes and data both at new hire and throughout the employee life cycle (to include hiring, onboarding, file management, etc.)
Support employee program management for programs such as Education Assistance, Tuition Reimbursement, Years of Service Awards, etc.
Represent Corporate HR on various HR projects and perform project related duties
In partnership with Talent Acquisition, support positive candidate and new hire experiences throughout the recruiting and hiring processes
Work through employee relations issues to develop an analysis of trends that are actionable by the field
Analyze current candidate, new hire, and employee satisfaction and have the opportunity to provide recommendations to improve
Gain exposure to other areas of our department, such as Benefits, Compliance, and DE&I
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must possess one or more of the following:
Associate’s degree in Human Resources with a minimum of one (1) of year of general Human Resources experience
High school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of two (2) of years of general Human Resources experience
Working knowledge of commonly used human resources concepts, labor laws, and practices required
Proactive problem solving skills
Attention to detail
Able to maintain a high level of productivity with limited supervision
Able manage multiple demands for priority
Ability to handle and maintain sensitive matters with utmost discretion
Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office products (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook), and Internet and website navigation
Outstanding oral and written communication skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
Demonstrated leadership skills
BENEFITS:
Pay: $22 - 24 per hour

Enrollment in our company’s 401(k)plan, subject to eligibility requirements
Eight paid holidays annually, five sick days, and four personal days
Vacation time offered at an accrual rate of 3.08 hours biweekly. Unused vacation is only paid out where required by law.
