Pay Range: $130,925-$168,925 per year We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Unit Controller for our Fresh Chicken division in Livingston, United States. This key role will be responsible for providing financial leadership and analytical support to drive business performance and strategic decision-making within our poultry operations.Oversee financial planning, analysis, and reporting for the Fresh Chicken business unitDevelop and maintain budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support business objectivesAnalyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks in the poultry marketCollaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize costs and improve operational efficiencyEnsure compliance with financial regulations and internal control policiesProvide actionable insights and recommendations to senior managementLead month-end and year-end closing processes for the business unitManage and mentor a team of financial analystsImplement and maintain financial systems and processes to enhance reporting capabilities
